MandarEase Student Code of Conduct for 1-to-1 Tutoring

At MandarEase, we are committed to creating a respectful and effective learning environment for all students. To ensure a positive experience, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Respectful Behavior:

   • Treat your tutor with courtesy and respect at all times.

   • Be punctual for your scheduled classes and notify your tutor in advance if you need to reschedule.

2. Appropriate Communication:

   • Communicate with your tutor in a constructive and polite manner.

   • Avoid offensive language, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.

3. Appropriate Clothing:

   • Please dress modestly and appropriately during video classes to maintain a professional learning atmosphere.

Consequences for Code Violations:

At MandarEase, we take code of conduct violations seriously to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. Consequences for violations may include, but are not limited to, warnings for initial or minor infractions, temporary restrictions on access for repeated or more significant violations, and account reviews for severe or persistent violations.
